Level 1 & 2 + strategy and mental toughness

Strategy:

The broadest definition of tennis strategy is using your advantages – natural and learned – against your opponent's weaknesses in order to gain advantage and win more points.

This training is designed to teach a coherent and orderly approach to the game and to bring the student's thought process to a high and organized level. You will be able to deal with a variety situations and adapt your style of play to attain success.

Mental toughness:

The mental part of tennis is usually the deciding factor that tips the scales in the match. A player makes around 1000 decisions in a typical match. Before a player has enough experience for these decisions to be automatic, (s)he will make many mistakes.  Mistakes often cause negative emotions, leading to loss of concentration, negatively impacting game performance.

Tennis drills will improve your mental abilities – concentration, perseverance and emotion control. Your newfound focus will have benefits off the court as well.
